A held space to reflect, understand, and move forward — grounded in frameworks, not just advice.
Psychological consulting at Soul Healing Foundation is a structured counselling conversation that combines evidence-informed psychological frameworks with Naveen Todi's integrative and spiritual approach. It is a space to think aloud, make sense of what you are carrying, and decide how you want to move forward.
It is not a substitute for clinical psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. It is a reflective practice — closer to a sustained conversation with a trusted, grounded guide than to a clinical appointment. Sessions are confidential, unhurried, and shaped by what you bring.
What happens in a session
[ 01 ]
Complimentary discovery call
A short conversation where you share what is on your mind. Together we decide whether consulting is the right fit — and, if not, what might be.
[ 02 ]
Intake session
A longer first session to map what you want to work on, the context around it, and the shape you want these conversations to take.
[ 03 ]
Ongoing sessions
Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly — whichever cadence genuinely fits your life. We do not lock you into a package.
[ 04 ]
Reflection tools
Simple practices, prompts, and frameworks that Naveen shares between sessions — lightweight, never homework-heavy.
[ 05 ]
Check-ins and recalibration
Every few sessions we look back at what has shifted, what still feels stuck, and whether the direction still fits.
This may be for you if
+You are navigating burnout, a transition, or a difficult decision and want a structured space to think it through.
+You are carrying emotional weight around relationships, grief, family, or career and want to understand it more clearly.
+You want reflection, frameworks, and perspective — not a diagnosis or a prescription.
+You value an approach that respects both psychological rigour and spiritual insight.
This is not the right fit if
−You are in acute crisis or need urgent medical or psychiatric care — please reach out to a licensed professional or a crisis helpline immediately.
−You are looking for a clinical diagnosis.
−You need specialist treatment for trauma, psychosis, or other conditions that require a regulated clinical team.
Complimentary Discovery Call
Not sure if this is the right next step? Start with a conversation.
Pricing is shared on the discovery call, once we understand what you are actually looking for. No packages, no pressure.
Clinical psychotherapy is delivered by licensed clinical psychologists or psychiatrists and is regulated as healthcare. Psychological consulting here is a reflective, non-clinical practice — helpful for many life questions, but not a substitute for regulated clinical care.
Is this a replacement for clinical psychotherapy?
No. If you need clinical care, we will help you find or stay with a licensed professional. We can work alongside your clinical team where appropriate, but we do not replace them.
Is the conversation confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is held in strict confidence, subject only to standard ethical limits (for example, if there is a risk of serious harm). We discuss these limits explicitly in the first session.
Do you work with couples or family groups?
Occasionally, and case by case. If you are exploring a relational issue, we will first look at whether individual consulting or a couples conversation is a better starting point.
How often will we meet?
Whatever genuinely fits — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Many clients start weekly and move to monthly once the work settles. We do not sell fixed packages.
Virtual or in-person?
Both. Most clients work with us virtually over secure video call. In-person sessions are available in Kolkata and Bengaluru by appointment.
What if I need medical or clinical support instead?
We will say so clearly. Part of the first session is making sure the form of support we offer genuinely matches what you need — and, if it does not, pointing you towards the right kind of help.
