Lifestyle Therapy

A reflective, unhurried look at how you are living — and what, in the grain of daily life, needs to shift.

Lifestyle therapy at Soul Healing Foundation is a structured form of reflective guidance focused on how you actually live day to day — your sleep, your energy rhythms, your relationship with work and rest, your habits of mind and body, and the small daily choices that accumulate into a life. It is not fitness coaching, dietary advice, or medical treatment. It is a thoughtful, practitioner-led exploration of where your daily patterns are serving you and where they are quietly costing you.

Naveen Todi brings both a psychological and a spiritual lens to this work. The outer life — the schedule, the habits, the routines — is rarely just logistical. It reflects something about what we believe we deserve, how we relate to ourselves, and what we are genuinely trying to build. Lifestyle therapy addresses both layers: the practical habits that need adjusting, and the inner landscape that generated them.

What happens in a session

  1. [ 01 ]

    Complimentary discovery call

A short conversation to understand what aspect of your daily life feels most out of alignment — energy, purpose, work-life rhythm, habits — and whether lifestyle therapy is the right starting point.

  2. [ 02 ]

    Pattern mapping

A detailed audit of your current rhythms: how you spend time and energy, what restores you, what depletes you, and where the friction is most felt.

  3. [ 03 ]

    Root-cause exploration

Together we look beneath the surface patterns at the beliefs, values, and inner dynamics that are generating them. Sustainable change requires understanding what is driving the current state.

  4. [ 04 ]

    Practical redesign

Naveen works with you on specific, realistic adjustments — not prescriptions or rigid programmes, but thoughtful redesigns that fit your actual life and values.

  5. [ 05 ]

    Ongoing cadence

Lifestyle change is slow. Sessions are typically fortnightly or monthly — spaced to give adjustments time to settle, with check-ins to review, recalibrate, and go deeper.

This may be for you if

  • +You feel chronically drained, scattered, or out of rhythm — and the cause is not a single event but the accumulated weight of how you live.
  • +You are navigating a significant transition — a career change, a loss, a new phase of life — and want to redesign your daily life with intention.
  • +You have a sense of what you want your life to look like but keep failing to close the gap between that vision and your actual daily patterns.
  • +You want guidance that respects both the practical and the deeper — that treats your habits as meaningful, not just logistical.

This is not the right fit if

  • You are seeking medical treatment, nutritional prescriptions, or a fitness plan — lifestyle therapy is a reflective consulting practice, not a health programme.
  • You are in acute crisis or require urgent mental health support — please reach out to a licensed professional or crisis helpline first.
  • You are expecting a one-session fix. Sustainable lifestyle change takes time, honest self-examination, and a willingness to experiment.

Common questions

What is lifestyle therapy and how is it different from life coaching?

Life coaching tends to focus on goals, performance, and accountability toward outcomes. Lifestyle therapy here is a deeper, more reflective practice — it combines psychological insight and spiritual understanding to examine not just what you want to achieve, but how you are living and why your current patterns are the way they are. It is slower, more exploratory, and more interested in root causes than coaching typically is.

Is this the same as therapy or counselling?

No. Lifestyle therapy here is a non-clinical reflective practice. It is not regulated healthcare, and it does not involve clinical diagnosis or treatment. If you need clinical support for a mental health condition, we will say so and help you find appropriate care. Lifestyle therapy is best suited for people who are broadly well but want structured support in living better.

What areas of lifestyle do you work on?

Energy and rest patterns, work-life integration, daily habits and routines, purpose and meaning, the transition from one life phase to another, and the spiritual or inner dimension of daily life. We do not work on diet, medical conditions, or fitness protocols.

Can lifestyle therapy help with burnout?

Yes, for many people. Burnout is rarely just about workload — it often involves a mismatch between how you are living and what you genuinely need or value. Lifestyle therapy can help identify the root of the depletion and design a more sustainable way of operating. For severe clinical burnout, we may recommend concurrent clinical support.

How many sessions will I need?

Most clients feel a meaningful shift in orientation within three to five sessions. Lasting change in daily patterns usually takes longer — many clients work over three to six months. We do not sell packages. We work session by session, at a cadence that genuinely fits your life.

Is lifestyle therapy available online?

Yes. The reflective, conversational nature of this work makes it well suited to virtual sessions. Clients join from across India and internationally. You will need a quiet, private space and a reliable connection.

Can I combine this with other services at Soul Healing Foundation?

Yes, and often it is most effective in combination. Hypnotherapy can accelerate subconscious-level shifts that lifestyle therapy surfaces. Psychological consulting goes deeper into specific emotional content. The Art of Manifestation addresses the intentional, creative dimension of lifestyle redesign. We will always suggest the most useful combination for your situation.
