Ancient resonance, modern stillness — sound as a pathway into the body's own capacity for rest and repair.
Sound healing is one of humanity's oldest therapeutic practices. Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and other resonant instruments produce vibrations that are not merely heard — they are felt throughout the body. These frequencies interact with the nervous system, gently guiding it from states of activation and stress toward deep rest, where the body's natural repair processes can engage.
At Soul Healing Foundation, a sound healing bath is a structured, intentional experience — not background music and not passive entertainment. Each session is designed around where you are: the quality of your stress, the nature of your restlessness, or the depth of the stillness you are seeking. Many clients arrive unable to quiet the mind. Most leave in a state they describe as the deepest rest they have felt in years.
What happens in a session
[ 01 ]
Complimentary discovery call
A brief conversation to understand your current state — anxiety levels, sleep quality, stress patterns — and to shape the session accordingly.
[ 02 ]
Setting and intention
You settle into a comfortable, supported position. The practitioner briefly discusses what you want to release or arrive at, and the instruments are selected to match.
[ 03 ]
Immersive sound journey
A carefully sequenced layering of bowls, gongs, and tones — building slowly, holding deeply, and resolving gently. The experience is approximately forty-five to sixty minutes.
[ 04 ]
Transition and grounding
Sound is gradually withdrawn and you are guided back to ordinary awareness at a pace that allows the state to be integrated rather than immediately dissolved.
[ 05 ]
Sharing and aftercare
A short conversation about what arose and simple recommendations for the hours and days that follow, so the shift has room to settle.

Complimentary Discovery Call
Not sure if this is the right next step? Start with a conversation.
Pricing is shared on the discovery call, once we understand what you are actually looking for. No packages, no pressure.
You lie or sit comfortably while the practitioner plays resonant instruments — most commonly Tibetan singing bowls and gongs — around and sometimes near the body. The vibrations travel through the air and the body simultaneously. It is a passive, restful experience; there is nothing you need to do except receive.
Is there scientific support for sound healing?
Research into sound therapy is growing. Studies on sound baths have documented reductions in anxiety, tension, and fatigue, and improvements in mood and subjective wellbeing. We do not overstate the evidence, but the lived experience for most clients is clear: they feel significantly different afterwards.
Will I fall asleep during the session?
You may drift into a state that feels like sleep — a deeply relaxed, theta-wave state between waking and sleeping. This is entirely welcome. You are not required to stay consciously alert; the therapeutic benefit occurs regardless.
Can I do a sound healing session online?
Yes, with good audio equipment on both sides. The frequencies do not carry exactly the same way through a speaker as they do in a room, but the nervous system still responds. Many clients who cannot travel work with us online and report meaningful shifts.
How often should I come?
Some clients come once and find it deeply useful at a particular moment. Others build it into a regular rhythm — monthly or fortnightly — as an ongoing maintenance for their nervous system. There is no protocol; we decide together based on what you need.
Is this compatible with other treatments I am receiving?
Sound healing is a complementary practice and does not interfere with most medical treatments. If you are in clinical care, we recommend letting your treating clinician know — not because there is a known risk, but as good practice when combining any modalities.
